This spring, we invite you to join Boston Consulting Group to explore the world of management consulting and learn how your experiences as an advanced degree candidate can help BCG clients solve their biggest problems.
We’re excited to share upcoming ways to connect with BCG. Our Accelerate program includes an overview of consulting, opportunities to network with BCGers, and details on the Bridge to BCG application process. The Bridge application is now open, and the deadline is March 23.

BCG Accelerate
BCG Accelerate is a virtual info series offering advanced degree candidates a look into BCG and the path to becoming a consultant. The program runs during the first three weeks of March.
During Accelerate sessions, BCGers will share their experiences on topics such as:
Transitioning from academia to consulting
Forming community within BCG
Working with world-renowned clients
Navigating the recruiting process
Registrants will also get access to networking opportunities with BCG consultants, interview prep, information on BCG offices, and more. For added flexibility, live information sessions will be recorded and available to watch anytime.
As part of BCG Accelerate, we’re offering 15-minute one-on-one virtual coffee chats with a BCG consultant.
These chats are open to advanced degree students (PhDs, MDs, JDs, postdocs, medical trainees, physicians) who are eligible to apply to Bridge to BCG this spring and planning to start full-time at BCG in 2027. Each student may register for one 15-minute time slot.

Bridge to BCG
Bridge to BCG combines an immersive workshop and a full-time job application, offering a firsthand view into the BCG case team experience.
Bridge to BCG is open to advanced degree candidates (PhDs, MDs, JDs, postdocs, medical trainees, physicians) in the United States or Canada aiming to start full-time careers in 2027.
As a Bridge to BCG participant, you will:
Think strategically while solving a case in a realistic case team simulation
Team with participants and consultants to explore the “why?” and “how?” behind case work
Network with consulting staff and fellow participants
Learn about BCG’s culture and the consultant role
Receive a final round interview invitation for a full-time Consultant role in one of our U.S. or Canadian offices
