BCG will be hosting a series of recruitment events in the Spring for Advanced Degree Candidates. Please read below for a preview and additional event details.
We’re excited to share a first look at Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG) Spring Recruiting process for Advanced Degree Candidates (ADCs). Whether you’re exploring consulting for the first time or already considering your next career step, this season will offer multiple opportunities to learn more about BCG, meet our teams, and discover whether consulting is the right fit for you. Details, dates, and registration links for the below opportunities will be shared in the coming months. ADC Accelerate Series
Launching soon, ADC Accelerate is our flagship virtual information series designed specifically for advanced degree candidates (PhDs, MDs, JDs, and postdocs).
Across several sessions, you’ll gain:
An introduction to life as a consultant
Insights into BCG’s case interview process
Opportunities to hear from ADCs who have transitioned into consulting
Perspectives on our culture, career trajectories, and impact
Connection Events
This spring, we’ll also host a variety of opportunities to further connect with BCGers such as coffee chats and open house events in several BCG offices. These informal gatherings give you the chance to:
Meet BCG consultants and ADC alumni
Experience the atmosphere of our offices
Learn more about local casework, culture, and community
Bridge to BCG: Application Opening in February
We will open applications for Bridge to BCG in February. The Bridge to BCG application serves as your application for both the immersive workshop and a full-time consulting role. This program is designed exclusively for advanced degree candidates exploring a career in consulting. Bridge to BCG is open to candidates currently enrolled in, or who have recently completed, advanced degree programs and are looking to start their full-time careers with BCG in 2027.
